18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models depicted on this site were over the age of 18 at the time of production.

Due to the new title 18 USC 2257 record keeping requirements all sexually explicit content sets have been REMOVED from this domain. We have even opted to remove sets that contained topless images to err on the side of caution.  The content hosted on this domain is far below the acts that are seen on late night cable TV shows (Cinemax, Showtime, or even Comedy Central for that matter).  If the MPA were to rate this site, it would be difficult to even consider it rated "R", however we still insist on restricting access to minors.

Therefore this domain is now exempt from title 18 USC 2257 record keeping requirements.

We apologize to our members, however we have gone this route due to the following:

  • Safety issues: The new regulations state that we can no longer use a PO Box and are required to publish our home address. We switched to a  PO Box back in '99 due to frightening experiences that jeopardized the safety of our models (i.e. stalkers showing up at the door and obscene phone calls)
  • Impossible workload: The cross referencing and other new paperwork requirements are far too burdensome for a small operation like ours to tackle when it comes to the 80,000 images we purchased through numerous content brokers.
In regard to banners on our toplist (link exchanges):
We require 2257 compliant banners, and we view every site prior to approval. However it is possible for a webmaster to circumvent our efforts by replacing the banner on their end (as these banners are served from their server). We regularly check our lists, but if we miss someone breaking our rules, please notify us and we will take swift action.  (Wile an argument can be made that the banners on the toplists should not matter because they are being served from another domain, however, we prefer to avoid any confusion that might be created by that).
In regard to links from this site to other domains:
If they contain sexually explicit material (affiliate programs, hosted galleries, plugin galleries, feeds, leased galleries, etc..) we require they have a 2257 compliance statement on the main index page as required by law prior to our adding them.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at Stacy's Place were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Some of the aforementioned depictions appearing or otherwise contained in or at Stacy's Place contain only visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made before July 3, 1995, and, as such, are exempt from the requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75. With regard to the remaining depictions of actual sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at Stacy's Place, the records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75 are kept by the custodian of records at the office of SNAG (Stacy's Novelties & Gifts) PO Box 365, Akron, NY 14001.  Stacy's Place is an ongoing work originally produced from February 1, 1995 to Present and first released on February 1, 1995.
